It was a pleasure to carry out the full refurbishment and renovation of this Grade II Listed Building to accommodate a family-run art gallery on Hill Rise.
Hill Rise is a picturesque row of two to three storey buildings in the heart of Richmond with commercial shopfronts on the ground floor.
MDA provided a full design, obtained planning and Listed Building Consent, Building Control approval and project managed the transformation of the lower floor's commercial space into an art gallery, and the renovation of the two floors above as potential residential space to be used initially as part of the art gallery.
